
All Suspect are presumed innocent until proven guilty
Kenneth P Fults, of Gloucester City, was
arrested for shoplifting after attempting to conceal two boxes of over the
counter medication on his person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Fults
was transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a
municipal court appearance.
Phillip Badyna, of Bellmawr, was arrested
for disorderly conduct after police were dispatched to the Brooklawn Diner for a
complaint. while investigating the complaint Badyna acted in an unruly manner
and was taken into custody. He was transported to police headquarters where he
was processed and released.
Joseph Rastelli, of Gloucester City,
was arrested for engaging in a fight at
the intersection of Broadway and Town Center. Rastelli who was also highly
intoxicated was taken into custody processed and remanded to the Gloucester
County Correctional Facility after he was found to have numerous active warrants
out of that jurisdiction.
Tanya Schnarr, of Westville, was arrested
for shoplifting after attempting to conceal hair supplies and clothing in her
purse in order to deprive the owner of payment. Schnarr was transported to
police headquarters, processed and released pending a municipal court
appearance.
Joseph Redmond, of Glassboro, was arrested
for shoplifting after attempting to conceal cans of baby formula on his person
in o in order to deprive the owner of payment. Redmond was transported to police
headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
John Vickers, of Paulsboro,
was stopped for motor vehicle violation. After
further investigation Vickers was found to an active warrant out of West
Deptford. Vickers was taken into custody, transported to police headquarters,
processed and released on his own recognizance.
Kenneth Driver, of Westville, was arrested for shoplifting after attempting to conceal items in a plastic bag in order to deprive the owner of payment. Driver was transported to police processed and released .
