9/1/07 – Deborah Miller, of Gloucester City, was stopped for motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation, Miller was found to be operating her vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug. Miller was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
9/1/07 – Timothy McCaughan, of Bensalem Pa, was involved in a motor vehicle Crash. Through further investigation McCaughan was found to be operating his vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug. McCaughan was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
9/1/07 – Lewis Thomas 3rd, of Bellmawr, was stopped for motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation Thomas was found to be operating his vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug. Thomas was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
9/2/07 – Sean Haddock, of Sewell, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal numerous boxes of over the counter medication in order to deprive the owner of payment. Haddock was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
9/3/07 – Richard Shafer, of Franklinville, was stopped after he was found to have an active warrant out of Franklinville; Shafer was arrested, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance, per Frankilin Twp.
9/3/07 – Jason Whitney, of Lawnside, was the passenger in a vehicle that was for a motor vehicle violation. Whitney, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, was asked for identification. Whitney sated that he did not have identification on him and that gave the officers the name of James Whitney. During the stop Whitney put an unknown object in his month, believing it was narcotics officers attempted to have Whitney spit the object out, Whitney then became combative and was taken into custody and later identified as Jason Whitney. Whitney was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance pending a Superior Court Appearance.
9/5/07 – Elvis Jacques, of Brooklawn, was arrested after police responded to the report of a dispute at the Brooklawn Court Apartments. Jacques was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance.
9/10/07 – Christopher Salvatore, of Thorofare, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal items on his person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Salvatore was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
9/12/07 – Cynthia Carpineta, of Gloucester, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal items on her person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Carpineta was also found to be a fugitive out of Delaware. She transported to Police Headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional; Facility to await extradition.
9/10/07 – Eileen Pestritto, of Camden, was arrested for shoplifting after she attempted to conceal items on her person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Pestritto was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
9/18/07 – William Kesel, of Mt. Ephraim, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal items on his person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Kesel was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
9/23/07 – Alfred Sciarrillo, of Bellmawr, was stopped for motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation, Miller was found to be operating his motorcycle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug. Sciarrillo was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released to a sober adult.
9/23/07 – Richard Brown Jr., of Gloucester, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation; thru further investigation he was found to have an active warrants totaling $1800. Brown was arrested, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
9/28/07 – Elizabeth Piel, of Mt. West Deptford, was arrested for shoplifting after she attempted to conceal items on her person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Piel was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
9/30/07 – Jose Fuentes Jr., of Philadelphia, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal items on his person in order to deprive the owner of payment. Fuentes was transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
