2/24/07- William Redd, of Camden, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation, though further investigation Mr. Redd was found to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating substance. Mr. Redd was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.


 

2/24/07- Clifton Brittingham, of Wilmington Delaware, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation Mr. Brittingham was found to have an active warrant out of Camden. Mr. Brittingham was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance pending a Municipal court appearance.

 

2/18/07- Paul Palella, of Blackwood, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempting to conceal numerous items on his person in order to deprive the ShopRite of payment. Mr. Palella was transported to Police Headquarters where he was processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.

 

2/18/07 – Dayton Loveday III, was arrested for shoplifting after he removed a shopping cart from the lot of the Brooklawn Shopping Center and was going to sell it as scrap metal. Mr. Loveday was taken into custody processed and released pending a municipal court appearance.

 

2/14/07- William Purdy Jr., of Mt. Ephraim, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation Mr. Purdy was found to have an active warrant out of Audubon. Mr. Purdy was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.

 

2/12/07 – Charles Zane III, of Brooklawn, was seen walking down Browning Rd. Knowing that Mr. Zane had active warrants, the officer stopped Mr. Zane and place him under arrest. Mr. Zane denied having any outstanding warrants. Once at Headquarters it was confirmed that Mr. Zane did have active warrants out of Brooklawn, Gloucester City. Deptford, Woolwich, Swedesboro, and Logan Twp. Mr. Zane was processed and remanded to the county correctional facility.

 

2/06/07 – Ricardo Melton, of Glassboro, was arrested after assaulting a female on a New Jersey Transit Bus. Mr. Melton was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.

 

2/05/07 – a home on the 300 block of New Jersey Rd. was burglarized. An unknown person(s) did force their way into the residence and proceeded to destroy the contents inside. Anyone having any further information, in reference to this incident, please contact the Brooklawn Police.

 

2/04/07- Anrae Rankin, of Carneys Point, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation Mr. Rankin was found to have an active warrant out of Penns Grove. Mr. Rankin was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance pending a Municipal court appearance.

 

2/3/07- Brian Richardson, of Woodbury, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation, though further investigation Mr. Richardson was found active warrant out of Washington Twp. and West Deptford. Mr. Richardson was taken into custody, transported to Police Headquarters, processed, posted bail and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
