
All Suspect are presumed innocent until proven guilty
04/01/2008 Joseph Kubicki Jr., of Collingswood, was arrested after Kubicki was report to be acting suspiciously in the area of the Hess gas station. Through further investigation Kubicki was found to have active warrants out of Camden. Kubicki transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.
04/05/2008 Crystal Jenkins, of Woodbury, was arrested for shoplifting after she attempted leave the store after only paying for part of the total value of the items she had in her shopping cart in order to deprive owner of payment. Jenkins was transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
04/06/2008 Thomas Lilley, of Westville, was arrested after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation; through further investigation Lilley was found to have an active warrant out of Camden. Lilley was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
04/06/2008 Raymond Santiago Jr, of Bellmawr, was arrested for robbery after he used force in the during the act of shoplifting. Santiago was transported to police headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
04/12/2008 Katherine Monk, of National Park, was arrested for disorderly conduct and shoplifting after she seen by store security throwing merchandise around the store, through further investigation it was confirmed that attempted to conceal numerous items on her person in order to deprive owner of payment. Monk was transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
04/12/2008 Eric Ulak, of Brooklawn, was arrested after he was reported to be an unwanted person at 210 Browning Ln, through further investigation Ulak was found to active warrants out of Brooklawn. Ulak was transported to police headquarters, processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
04/20/2008 Wayne Peters, of Camden, was arrested for shoplifting after he attempted to conceal numerous items in order to deprive owner of payment. Peters was transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
04/28/2008 Paul Biester and Thomas Lilley, of Westville, were arrested after Lilley ran from a police out of a vehicle that Beister was driving. Lilley was captured and Beister was found hiding in his vehicle on Sixth ave. Lilley was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and Beister had in his possession drug paraphernalia along with illegal narcotics. Both transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
04/29/2008 Mark Mason, of formerly from Brooklawn, was involved I verbal altercation outside of Brooklawn Court Apts.. Through further investigation Mason was found to have numerous active warrants. Mason was taken into custody processed and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
04/28/2008 Trisha Spinelli, of Bellmawr and Sajid Powell, of Camden; were arrested for shoplifting after they attempted to conceal a numerous items in a purse in order to deprive owner of payment. Both were transported to police headquarters, processed and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
